Lighting profiles

Lighting profiles are one of the pillars of Thermoplast production.

Over 30 years of experience in extrusion and construction of extrusion moulds has significantly increased our knowledge in the field of technological development, enabling us quick response to the growing market expectations in the lighting industry.

Our own tool room, laboratory, mixing department, as well as a competent team of engineers and technologists allow for the implementation of individual projects at the customer's request. According to the specification, we produce functional and dimensionally accurate profiles for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications.

Very high requirements for lighting profiles mean that we pay special attention to the production quality and stability.

The use of highest quality materials allows for the implementation of even most demanding projects. Materials used for extrusion of lighting profiles include, among others, PC (Polycarbonate) - material with very good transparency and parameters, used in a wide range of operating temperatures, with exceptional mechanical properties; PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) - highly transparent thermoplastic with excellent dispersion properties. We also have experience in extruding lighting profiles from PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), ABS (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), PS (Polystyrene).

Thermoplast lighting profiles are not only lamp shades, LED covers, mounting profiles, but also profiles for infrared anti-intrusion protection.
